Biographies:

Mark Bradshaw is a former freestyle and international ice dance competitor. As a test skater: Senior Competitive Dance,
Gold Figures, Gold and Diamond Dance and Gold Skills. Professionally, Mark is accredited through the National Coaching Certification Program, Level 2 & ¾ Level 3 certified. Coaching experiences for the past 11 years have been with competitive skaters from Juvenile to Senior and test stream skaters from Preliminary to Diamonds. Mark has been a general manager of a skating school for the past 6 years and is a technical specialist.

Melanie Burkhardt - 15 years of coaching experience. Melanie has coached skaters from the Canskate Level through Gold test Level in both freeskate and Skills. Currently certified NCCP 1 and NCCP 2 Practical and Technical.

Sonya Chrastina
10 years Coaching experience with Level 2 NCCP Theory and Technical. Quintuplet Gold medalist in: Freeskate, Dance, Figures, Interpretive, Interpretive Dance and partial Diamond Dances.  Also competed with pairs and synchronized skating. Competed Nationally and have passed the Novice Competitive Freeskate and Dance tests.    CanPowerskate qualified, and certified Red Cross First-Aid Level B.  Have coached all levels from CanSkate to Gold test and Competitive.

Carol Pearson has returned to Banff with 20 years coaching experience, 10 years with the Banff Skating Club and 10 years with a variety of clubs in Vancouver BC. Carol teaches all levels of skaters in all disciplines from Canskate to competitive and synchronized skating. Certified NCCP II and NCCP III Technical and Theory. As a skater Carol completed the Gold Figure, Gold Skills, Gold Dances, partial Diamond Dances and Sr Silver Freeskate tests.
